Joe is Police Youth aide officer in Timaru. Formerly was based up at Twizel. Joe is very interested in the outdoors and recently organised and helped guide a party to the Himalayas. This year Joe organised the EDGE programme at TBHS - Educate, Develop, Grow and Empower.
